Sweet, Public Health Informatics Specialist, ITS/New York State Department of Health is an award-winning mobile and responsive web designer, training specialist, and training manager with the New York State Department of Health ITS/DOH Service Management Group. Mr. Sweet has more than 15 years of technical writing, eLearning and training experience and has been delivering training on bespoke Health Commerce System Emergency Preparedness applications since 2004.
Mr. Sweet will provide training to demonstrate HCS-related common errors, tools available and where to find additional answers and training. This webinar will guide you to improve your HCS navigation, properly assign your roles, and be better prepared for any emergency.
