Elder Abuse Reporting
Argentum New York’s members are senior living providers that have zero tolerance for elder abuse of any kind. Whether it be emotional, physical, or financial, elder abuse is a serious concern that requires vigilance in preventing and addressing reports of abuse.
Proper procedures include compliance with reporting laws, training staff on state laws, immediate investigation of reported abuse, and, if appropriate, dismissal of staff involved in abuse.
